Depends on your state of health. Ask a specialist doctor and NOT some GP as they are not qualified to give the correct answer.
I am over 70 and have had bypass surgery, atrial fibrillation and just recently diagnosed with "mild" pulmonary hypertension. For the moment I exercise 6 days a week on a treadmill, 1 hour each time at 5.6 Km/hour = 3.5 Mph.
The exercise makes me feel better physically and mentally.

The Snicker is a confectionary item, and probably should be in the "weight gain" thread. I suggest a perve, taken regularly, but do not prolong it.

Thinking is definitely good for you, as long as it's positive. Thinking about your blessings will do much more for you than thinking about your grievances. Sometimes just gazing into space is great therapy, and not so hard to do. I sometimes try to see the world from the POV of the man at the next table or the lady with the two kids in tow. Why should we get stuck in our own heads? Looking in the mirror can remove a few delusions, too, if we still have them.
